WIND HISTORY
Pics of the NWS sensor at Secos, which is actually operated by the LA County Fire Department and used for monitoring weather conditions in case of brush fires. The sensor is located West of Mulhulland & north of PCH above the park maintenance buildings. There used to be a chain link fence around the sensor so perhaps this is a new station. Maybe rattlesnakes protect it now :)
The iwindsurf sensor at Secos, mounted on top of the lifeguard tower on the bluff west of the launch site towards North Beach.
