SecosWinds
Welcome to SecosWinds
The idea behind this website is to create a virtual meeting place for the sailors of Secos. The website also opens a window for us to share our passion with family, friends and visitors though it's hard for them to fully comprehend our addiction.

SecosWinds first hit the web in June 2008. The web design is a work-in-progress and I hope all can contribute with this project. The intent is to keep the website fun and informative with a non-commercial bias, which means no blinking ads. We do have a Trading Post were local riders can sell, buy, trade or give away gear that's clogging up the garage and collecting dust and help another rider with gear that works for them.

One of the main reasons for starting this website is to have a central place to post sailing pictures and video. See the Photo and Video Galleries for slalom and wavesailing pics of our local riders. Most of the sailing pics are at our local break but some vacation pics and videos are mixed in along with other interesting sailing. The Vintage Photos page shows pics from the 80's and 90's documenting what the sport was like for us back in the dark ages.

The Secos Kids page is to showcase who we are. Many of us have been sailing together for years yet we don't know much about each other or for some even their name. Ironically, we do know one's weight and what sail size they normally rig. We are a tight knit group and look out for each other yet we are willing to accept visitors and newcomers into the tribe to share in the stoke.

See ya on the water!
